Conversations with GOD

Behold, the hour has come, and the Son of God is delivered into the hands of sinners.
They led Me as a lamb to the slaughter, yet I opened not My mouth. The rulers of this world mocked and scorned, the soldiers struck Me, and the crowd cried out, “Crucify Him!” But I tell you this: no man takes My life from Me, but I lay it down of My own will. For this cause, I came into the world — to bear the sin of many and to make a way for the lost to return to the Father.
They placed a crown of thorns upon My head, and blood flowed down My face. They clothed Me in a robe of mockery, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!” But they did not know that even in their hatred, the scriptures were fulfilled. For I am the Lamb that was slain before the foundation of the world.
With My back torn by whips and My body weakened, they placed upon Me the weight of the cross. With each step, I bore the sins of the world. I saw the faces of those I loved — some weeping, some cursing, some turning away. But I tell you, even in My suffering, My heart was full of love. For you, I endured. For you, I carried the cross.
When they reached Golgotha, they stretched out My hands and feet, and with iron nails, they pierced Me. As the hammer struck, the heavens trembled. The earth groaned, but the people did not see. They lifted Me up, between two thieves, and the weight of sin pressed upon Me. Yet even then, I prayed, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
Darkness covered the land, and the sun refused to shine. The earth shook, and the veil in the temple was torn from top to bottom. My body was broken, My blood poured out — a new covenant, a sacrifice once for all. The wrath of God was satisfied, and mercy was poured out for all who would believe.
Then, in My final breath, I cried out, “It is finished.” The price of sin was paid, the power of death was broken, and the gates of heaven were opened. No longer would sin separate man from God, for through My death, I made a way.
They laid My body in a tomb, and the world thought it was over. But I tell you, the grave could not hold Me. On the third day, I rose again, victorious over death and hell. Now, all who come to Me shall have life everlasting.
Come, take up your cross and follow Me. Die to yourself, and you will live. Believe in Me, and you will never perish. For I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
I have conquered. I have redeemed. I am with you always.
